What you’ll do
- Develop and evaluate machine learning models against defined business outcomes.
- Prepare datasets, investigate data quality, and document evaluation results.
- Integrate AI capabilities into applications through dependable APIs.
- Monitor model behaviour, investigate failures, and improve performance.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams on scope, testing, and delivery.
What we’re looking for
- 3 years of relevant AI or machine learning experience.
- Practical Python skills and experience with machine learning libraries.
- Understanding of data preparation, validation, evaluation, and model limitations.
- Ability to integrate models into software and explain technical trade-offs.
- Clear documentation, communication, and collaborative problem-solving.
