- Maintain accurate lead notes, follow-up activities, and sales records.
- Coordinate demonstrations and discussions with the appropriate team.
- Share customer feedback and contribute to a consistent sales process.

- Ability to listen, ask useful questions, and follow up reliably.
- An organised approach to lead tracking and customer conversations.
- Interest in software products and business solutions.
- Professional judgement and a respectful approach to outreach.
